Welcome to the Zia Creations website (the "Site"). Zia Creations provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy.

Zia Creations only ships within the United States. We offer free shipping within the Contiguous United States for most of our rug hanger products. Shipping quotes are available by request to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
In stock items will
generally be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Made-to-order, custom or temporarily out of stock items must be produced prior to shipping; the
more intricate items or rug hangers can take up to two weeks to
craft before shipping. Be assured that you will receive your order in the
shortest possible time.
After processing is complete, your order will be
shipped to the ship-to address that you supplied during checkout. We
select one of the following carriers to deliver your parcel: USPS, UPS or
FedEx. When your order
is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with shipping details
such as the carrier, the carrier's website and the tracking number. Use
this information to track the exact location of your parcel once it has left
our shop.
Your order is dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Should the package content arrive damaged because of carrier transport, be stolen from or misplaced at the final destination, Zia Creations is not liable nor does Zia Creations cover the cost for repairs or replacements.
Zia Creations uses recycled shipping material when
packaging products, including boxes, peanuts and other packing materials that
we receive from our vendors and suppliers in order to help reduce our carbon
footprint.

Zia
Creations hopes that you love our products as much as we enjoy making
them. Each item we make is unique, exhibiting slight differences in
texture and appearance. We think you will appreciate having a
one-of-a-kind piece of art in your collection. If, however, you are
dissatisfied with your purchase, contact us by email or phone to arrange for an
exchange or a return. Zia Creations does not accept an exchange or
return without a prior authorization.
Our
rug hangers are custom made based on the options selected during the order
submit process. If a cancellation, return or exchange is
necessary due to error on your part, (i.e. ordering the incorrect
wood, size, color, or stain; unhappy with wood, size, color, stain, design or
mounting specifications; changing your mind) shipping and
restocking fees shall be charged based on the type of return:
- Product refunds are issued for the full item cost less shipping
and handling expenses for most products returned within 14 days of
receipt. All items returned after 14 days of receipt are subject
to the shipping and handling expenses incurred plus restocking
charges, calculated at 25% of the item cost plus applicable taxes.
- Product exchanges returned within 14 days of receipt are subject
to any additional product charges plus the replacement shipping and handling
expenses. All items exchanged after 14 days of receipt are subject
to replacement shipping and handling expenses plus restocking
charges, calculated at 25% of the item cost plus applicable taxes.
- Unshipped product cancellations can be subject to a restocking charge of up to 15% of the item cost plus applicable taxes.
All authorized product returns or exchanges must be received in original condition and all shipping costs are covered by the customer. Zia Creations reserves the right to reject damaged returns or to charge the customer for refinishing work required on damaged items due improper packaging of return shipments. Applicable refunds are applied after return receipt and inspection.
Product
replacements will be shipped once the authorized product return is received and
inspected.

Zia
Creations does everything possible to ensure the privacy and security of your
transactions with us. Your e-mail address, phone number, and other personal
data will be treated with the highest standards of safety, security and
confidentiality. Zia Creations respects your privacy and will not sell or
provide your personal information to third parties.

Shopping
All
orders placed on our Site are processed through either a Stripe or PayPal secured payment
gateway, which provide secure check-out systems. Your information is
protected by SSL Encryption for the highest level of
Internet Security. We do not store, receive or maintain any customer’s credit
card information.

From
time to time, Zia Creations may wish to inform its past and present customers
about updated product offerings or special promotions, by sending such
information via e-mail. If you do not wish to receive any mail or e-mail from
Zia Creations regarding our product offerings or special promotions, please
click the unsubscribe button in the email and follow the
instructions. Or email us at support@ziacreations.com, include
your name and e-mail address, so that we remove the correct person from our
mailing list.

attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site.

the Site apply only to the products and services available on the Site and may
